Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
The amount of care and attention we have in each product is really high. Do not worry if you have got some issues, here are some guidelines to help you.
CANCELLATION
An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if the product is not dispatched or any soft copies / prototype has been shared to you.
REFUND & RETURNS
Soft copies cannot be refunded unless it fails to meet the specifications of the product. In case the item received is damaged or if you have received an incorrect item , we will refund the amount within 7-14 working days. Return of the product has to be made within two days from the date of delivery of the product in the same condition that was sent.
Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address. The time frame for exchange and refund is 7 days.
